WENATCHEE, Wash. (AP) — Former Chelan County Jail corrections officer Charles Storlie was sentenced to more than two years in prison Thursday in Wenatchee for taking bribes from inmates.

The 40-year-old pleaded guilty to three counts of bribery committed in September 2010 and documented by undercover investigators.

The Wenatchee World reports one inmate paid him $50 for a confiscated cell phone. Another paid $50 for a bag of fast food and a tin of chewing tobacco.

Investigators had also accused Storlie of taking $150 to allow an inmate’s girlfriend to visit for sex.
