Green Bay routs St. Francis (Ill.) 91-41

GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) — Vince Garrett, averaging only single digits, scored a career-high 20 points and Green Bay used a huge second half to rout St. Francis (Ill.) 91-41 on Saturday.

The Phoenix (9-3) outscored the Fighting Saints 52-15 in the second half on their way to their fourth consecutive victory before heading into Horizon League play.

Keifer Sykes added 17 points and Alec Brown and Carrington Love 13 each for Green Bay, which hit 34 of 60 shots for 56.7 percent, including 11 of 20 from 3-point range. Garrett also had a career-high nine rebounds as the Phoenix outrebounded the Fighting Saints 46-29.

St. Francis shot just 26.7 percent on 16-of-60 shooting. Jo Jo Ballestero led St. Francis with 15 points.

The Phoenix led the entire way and had a 39-26 advantage at halftime.

The game counted as an exhibition for St. Francis, an NAIA school.
