A woman jumped from the Fourth Plain Boulevard overpass onto Interstate 205 on Saturday afternoon, according to Washington State Patrol Trooper Will Finn.
Emergency personnel were called to the area just before 3 p.m. The woman suffered a broken leg and vertebra but lived, Finn said.
The woman was not struck by any cars, but the response did block traffic on the I-205 southbound ramp to westbound state Highway 500, Finn said.
