The Board of Commissioners for the Clark Regional Wastewater District will meet this afternoon at its normal time and place.

The board regularly meets at 4 p.m. on the second Tuesday of every month at the District Operations Center, 8000 N.E. 52nd Court in Vancouver. The agenda includes audits of several of the district’s accounts for capital projects, maintenance and other expenses.

In all, the district provides sewer services to more than 81,000 people in a 40-square-mile section of unincorporated Clark County.

Several construction projects are underway throughout that area as work continues on the Discovery Corridor Wastewater Transmission System, a new pipeline running from the Ridgefield Junction to the Salmon Creek Treatment Plant.
