The Public Facilities District was formed in 2002 for the purpose of participating in the study, planning and development of one or more regional centers that would promote tourism, such as the convention center in downtown Vancouver and exhibition hall at the Clark County Event Center at the Fairgrounds.
The board typically tries to meet the first Monday of February, May, August and November.
