Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Art Ala Carte has leased 1,967 square feet of office space at The Timbers, 9120 N.E. Vancouver Mall Loop, Suite 130, Vancouver. Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented both parties.

Christopher and Anne Marie Oldham have purchased The Ferrell Building, 305 N.E. Fourth Ave., Camas, from CamVest Development. The 15,000-square-foot building’s main tenant, Camas Antiques, has signed a lease with the new owners. Will Logan with Kimball Logan Real Estate represented the buyers, and Greg Goforth of Windermere Crest represented the seller.

Glacier Tanks has leased 13,853 square feet of industrial space at Salmon Creek Business Park, Building C, 1301 N.E. 144th St., Suite 123-125, Vancouver, from Westland. Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented both parties.

Image Broadband has leased 1,890 square feet of industrial space at Salmon Creek Business Park, Building E, 114407 N.E. 13th Ave., Suite 116, Vancouver, from Westland North. Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented both parties.

Liberty Door & Window has leased 12,330 square feet of industrial space at Vancouver Commerce Park, 11006 N.E. 37th Circle, Suite 100, Vancouver, from John A. Elorriaga and Lois C. Elorriaga Family Trust. Tamara Fuller of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant, and Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented the landlord.

MRM Revocable Living Trust has purchased a commercial building at 1510 C St., Vancouver, from Terence L. Jeffries, for $400,000. The trust also purchased vacant land at East 15th Street and E Street, Vancouver, from J. Morrison, for $1,060,000, and vacant land at East 19th Street and Broadway, Vancouver, from The Cosmopolitan, for $425,000. Mike Walling of City Commercial Group represented all the parties.

New Heights Baptist Church has purchased an office building at 415 W. 11th St., Vancouver, from Children’s Center. The purchase price was $1,069,000. Jim West with Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the buyer, and Mike Lamb of Windermere Real Estate represented the seller.

Papa Murphy’s International has renewed its lease for 10 years at Clark Center, 8000 N.E. Parkway Drive, Vancouver, with additional office space. Jennifer Miesner of Columbia Commercial Properties represented both parties.
