VANCOUVER — A new building is in the works for the Columbia Tech Center in east Vancouver.
The single-story building will have 35,200 square feet of space and be 24-feet high, according to a pre-application filed with the city by PacTrust, developer of the Columbia Tech Center.
There is no tenant announced yet for the building, which will be located at 17801 S.E. Sixth Way, Vancouver.
