A retail surge at Vancouver’s Columbia Tech Center continued this week with the opening of the chain Zoup!
The soup seller opens today at 1401 S.E. 164th Ave., Suite 150. Hours are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
It’s the third location in the metro area and the first in Washington state for the Detroit-based chain.
For its grand opening, a bowl of soup, a hunk of fresh bread and a small drink will cost $5 today, with proceeds going to the Band Boosters of Union High School or Mountain View High School.
The restaurant joins a handful of other recent openings at the Tech Center, including Baron Patisserie and Freshii.
