David A. Urbach, 23, of Vancouver appears Monday morning in Clark County Superior Court in connection with two drug-overdose deaths. Urbach is facing an allegation of controlled substance homicide in the deaths of LaJeune Gay, 23, and Kristina Rosbach, 50, both of Vancouver.
