EUGENE, Ore. (AP) — Thieves hit Howard Elementary School in Eugene over the weekend and took 47 Apple MacBook laptop computers.

Last May, burglars stole 95 laptops from classrooms at the same school.

Howard is a “technology immersion” campus where students are assigned their own laptop.

The Eugene School District is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to a conviction
