SEATTLE (AP) — Forecasters say it will be a while before sunshine and 70-degree temperatures return to Western Washington.

The National Weather Service says cloudy skies and a chance of showers will keep temperatures no higher than the 60s through the week.

Forecasters say after a sunny Monday, Eastern Washington also will be cloudy this week with high temperatures only in the 70s.
