A non-injury crash involving a car and a tractor-trailer rig just north of the Interstate 5 Bridge briefly snarled southbound traffic this afternoon in Vancouver.
The 4:18 p.m. crash closed one lane of traffic for 16 minutes, according to the Clark Regional Emergency Services Agency.
As of 4:55 p.m., southbound traffic remained heavy from Fourth Plain Boulevard south.
