Giant Ryan wins Big A’s Hamlet Stakes

NEW YORK (AP) — Giant Ryan beat Be Bullish by a half length Wednesday in the $58,800 Hamlet Stakes for New York breds at Aqueduct

Jockey Cornelio Velasquez got his third winner of the day aboard the 5-year-old trained by Bisnath Parboo. Giant Ryan earned a second straight win at Aqueduct, improving to 4 for 10. The time was 1:09.06 for the six furlongs.

Giant Ryan paid $10, $3.60 and $2.50. Be Bullish returned $2.30 and $2.10. Driven by Solar paid $2.60 to show.
