Burnt Bridge Creek — Bonnie Bucknam’s quilt “Coastlines” has been selected to be on display at the 31st annual juried quilt show Quilts=Art=Quilts at the Schweinfurth Memorial Art Center in Auburn, N.Y. Bucknam is a longtime, award-winning quilter who creates abstract-nature designs using her hand-dyed fabric. “Coastlines” is part of her geology series. Bucknam’s quilt is one of 82 quilts chosen from 345 entries nationwide, plus Canada and Japan. Quilts are selected for their overall visual impact, design and originality. The exhibit runs through Jan. 8. For more information, visit http://www.myartcenter.org.
