Mayor’s state of city address set for Feb. 23

The 2011 State of the City speech by Vancouver Mayor Tim Leavitt will be Feb. 23.

The speech, titled “Foundations for the Future,” will be from 12:30 to 2 p.m. at Evergreen High School, 14300 N.E. 18th St.

Parking is available in the east lot.

Charitable donations of $5 to the Children’s Center are requested at the door. Coffee will be served.
