Wild Bout Tiffany wins Monmouth feature

OCEANPORT, N.J. (AP) — Wild Bout Tiffany scored a two-length victory over Belarus in the $50,000 first-level allowance feature Friday at Monmouth Park.

Ridden by Elvis Trujillo, Wild Bout Tiffany covered the 512 furlongs on the turf in 55 1-5. The 3-year-old filly by Wildcat Heir returned $14.60, $7 and $5 in capturing her first start on the grass.

Belarus rallied for second and returned $4.60 and $3. Cecilia’s Song was three lengths farther back in third and paid $8.60.

The win was the fourth in nine lifetime starts for Wild Bout Tiffany, who has now earned $102,766.
