NEW YORK (AP) — Mysticism rolled to a front-running victory Thursday, beating Sam Sparkle by 214 lengths in the $50,960 allowance feature at Aqueduct
Jose Lezcano guided the 3-year-old gelding to his second win in six starts. Trained by Tom Albertrani, Mysticism ran the seven furlongs in 1:23.44, paying $7.90, $3.60 and $3.20. Sam Sparkle returned $4.10 and $3.30 while Harley paid $3.70 to show.
