Plans to subdivide a Vancouver parcel into five lots have been submitted for review by the Vancouver Department of Community Development.

The proposal calls for subdividing the site into five lots for attached housing units on a one-acre parcel located on the north side of Northeast Burton Road at its intersection with Northeast 87th Avenue.

Anatoliy Gurnik of Vancouver submitted the application. The site is owned by RA Invest Inc. of Vancouver.
