NEW YORK (AP) — Saratoga Snacks, owned by former NFL coach Bill Parcells, won the $73,500 Alex Robb Stakes for New York breds on Wednesday at Aqueduct.

The 3-year-old improved to 5 for 7 with his first stakes victory, leading all the way to beat Socialsaul by one length.

The victory aboard the 4-5 shot marked a successful comeback for jockey Ramon Dominguez, who missed a month with a badly bruised foot. Dominguez will be the leading rider in New York for a fourth straight year despite the time lost to the injury.

The time was 1:45.21 for the 1 1-16 miles.

Saratoga Snacks, trained by Gary Sciacca, paid $3.70, $3.40 and $2.10. Socialsaul returned $9.80 and $2.70 as the longest price at 27-1, while Saginaw paid $2.10 to show.
