What the business does: Michael Parker said 360 Takeout partners with local restaurants to allow people to place telephone, computer, iPhone or iPad orders and have food delivered to homes, hotels or businesses in Clark County.

How has the economy affected your business: Initially, orders dropped, but more recently business has picked up, Parker said.

Greatest challenge: Balancing order volume, traffic and busy restaurants is always the biggest challenge, Parker said. It takes technology, trained staff and great relationships with restaurants to manage the challenge every day, he said.

What’s ahead: In the next six to eight months, Parker plans to double the number of restaurants he works with. He will also add expanded late night delivery service hours. He plans to expand delivery services to include grocery and pharmacy clients, and will offer custom services for hospitals and retirement communities.
