Ju Ju Eyeballs draws off to win Monmouth feature

OCEANPORT, N.J. (AP) — Ju Ju Eyeballs took the lead near the top of the stretch and drew off to win the $60,000 Crank It Up Stakes at Monmouth Park on Saturday, beating Fearless Jacq by 134 lengths.

Trained by Jason Servis and ridden by Paco Lopez, the 3-year-old filly ran 512 furlongs on the turf course in 1:04 1-5 and paid $9.80, $4.60 and $3.20. It was the fifth win in nine career starts for Ju Ju Eyeballs, who has now earned $139,890

Fearless Jacq returned $3.60 and $3.20, while Jewel of the Cat was another three-quarters of a length back in third and paid $3.80.
