Vancouver police searching for missing teenage girl

Katelyn Straup last seen Sunday nigh in east Vancouver

Vancouver police are asking the public’s help in finding a missing 14-year-old girl. Katelyn Straup has been missing since 11 p.m. Monday from her east Vancouver home in the 14000 block of Northeast Keyes Court in the North Hearthwood neighborhood.

The teen was last seen in the area of Northeast 138th Avenue and Northeast 18th Street with a small white-and-caramel poodle named Sugar.

Straup is described as 5 foot 5 inches tall and 130 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Anyone who sees her or has any information about her whereabouts is asked to call 911.
