Plans are in the works to develop an apartment complex on 9 acres in Vancouver’s Four Seasons mixed-use development anchored by Safeway at Northeast 112th Avenue and 28th Street, according to documents filed with the city.
The proposed project, Four Seasons Manor, includes 138 apartment units and amenities on land bordering the south side of Northeast Angelo Drive.
