Published: January 27, 2014, 4:00pm

Plans are in the works to develop an apartment complex on 9 acres in Vancouver’s Four Seasons mixed-use development anchored by Safeway at Northeast 112th Avenue and 28th Street, according to documents filed with the city.

The proposed project, Four Seasons Manor, includes 138 apartment units and amenities on land bordering the south side of Northeast Angelo Drive. It would be developed by The Al Angelo Co., a Vancouver commercial development firm that also manages residential properties.

A pre-application conference for the proposed apartment complex will be at 9 a.m. Feb. 20. Case manager for the project is Patti McEllrath, patti.mcellrath@cityofvancouver.us, with Vancouver’s Community & Economic Development Department.
