Police investigate robbery of Vancouver Subway restaurant

Vancouver Police is investigating an early morning robbery at a Subway restaurant in the Ogden neighborhood.

A man entered the Subway, 2265 Andresen Road, about 3:45 a.m. and approached the counter, displayed a handgun and demanded money from an employee, according to police.

The man fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police describe the suspect as a white male in his late 20s or early 30s, 5 feet 9 inches tall, medium build, wearing a black zip-up hoodie with the hood pulled up, black pants and black shoes.

Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call the Vancouver Police Department Tip Line at 360-487-7399.
