Crew digs in to prepare school and community garden

Hazel Dell — Members of The Boys & Girls Club of Southwest Washington joined other helpers from the Washington State University Master Gardener Program to prepare the Hazel Dell School and Community Garden for the tantalizingly near growing season. Dozens of students spread soil, donated by Yard ‘n Garden Land, and performed other maintenance on the Feb. 24 volunteer day.
