Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

ALELG LLC, doing business as Barre3 Studio, has leased 2,200 square feet of retail space at 11912 N.W. 36th St., Suite 3-B, Vancouver, from Western Properties II LLC, doing business as Felida Village. R. Tom Smith of Columbia Pacific Commercial Properties LLC represented the landlord and Dan Bozich of Urban Works Real Estate represented the tenant.

Consolidated Insurance Services has purchased a 2,466-square-foot office building at 2703 E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver, from Ammons Trust. The purchase price was $200,000. Ed Goldhammer of Sandy Scott Uptown Realty represented the buyer and Bob Bernhardt and Steve Mack of Coldwell Banker Jenkins & Associates represented the seller.

Core Fitness LLC, doing business as Stairmaster, has renewed its lease and expanded to 29,527 square feet at the 4400 Building, 4400 N.E. 77th Ave., Vancouver. Eric Fuller and KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and Chris Elsenbach of CRESA Partners Portland represented the tenant.

Fairway Independent Mortgage has leased 2,471 square feet at Prestige Plaza, 305 E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is Jan. 1. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates and Nick Kassab of Capacity Commercial represented the landlord. Joshua Schwartz of Kidder Mathews represented the tenant.

Gillespie Ventures LLC, doing business as Freshii, a quick-serve restaurant, has leased 1,400 square feet at Salmon Creek Square, 910 N.E. Tenney Road, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is Oct. 1. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant and Nick Stanton of Commercial Realty Advisors NW represented the landlord.

Golden Ladders Interiors has leased 3,200 square feet of retail space at 1735 S.E. 192nd Ave., Suite 103, Camas, from 192nd Avenue Holdings North LLC. R. Tom Smith of Columbia Pacific Commercial Properties LLC represented the landlord and the tenant.
