Clark County council, District 2: Northwest Renewable Energy Institute CEO Arch Miller will host a fundraiser for Julie Olson, a Republican running for the Clark County council District 2 seat, at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Northwest Renewable Energy campus, 200 Grand Blvd., Vancouver.
