Patron tour at VSAA; King removed from tour

Vancouver Public Schools Superintendent Steve Webb will host a patron tour of Vancouver School of Arts and Academics on Jan. 22. King Elementary is no longer a stop on the tour.

At VSAA, visitors will visit art, music and dance classrooms showcasing the integration of arts and academics in a focused learning community.

The free tour will begin at 8:30 a.m. at the Bates Center for Educational Leadership, 2921 Falk Road, and will end at 1 p.m.

Participants will have the option of enjoying a student musical performance and a lunch prepared by culinary arts students. Lunch is $4.
