VANCOUVER – The site of Fishers Grange in the Countryside Woods neighborhood could soon become a 26-home subdivision, according to recent filings with the city of Vancouver.

Documents show a company called Krippner Homes has agreed to buy the 4.13-acre property from Fishers Grange No. 211 at 814 N.E. 162nd Ave. Krippner Homes would remove the grange and a grove of cedar trees, subdivide the lot and build 26 homes.

City planners will meet with developers on July 13. For more information, contact case manager Patti McEllrath at 360-487-7893 or patti.mcellrath@cityofvancouver.us.
