A nearly 3-acre lot just north of Vancouver Mall could soon be turned into a 32-lot subdivision, according to a pre-application filed with the city.

The Vancouver offices of Integrity Capital Group has proposed turning the lot, at 7916 N.E. 58th St., into a gated community on narrow lots. A single-family home there is not expected to be demolished, the filing said. No information was provided in the filings about what the homes might look like.

County property records show the lot is owned by Corey and Dawn Visonhaler.

City planners are expected to meet with developers July 5. For more information, contact Patti McEllrath at 360-487-7893 or patti.mcellrath@cityofvancouver.us
