Two undeveloped properties in North Image could one day be the site of more businesses and a handful of apartments.
Pre-applications filed with the city of Vancouver show plans by a Vancouver firm called Opray Capital with aims to build an 11,000-square-foot building on two empty lots it owns at 5604 N.E. 112th Ave., Vancouver.
The two-story building would offer commercial space on its ground floor and up to six apartments on its top floor, according to the project description. No further information was available about the potential size of the apartments.
Clark County property records show the land has an assessed value of $75,500.
