Trick-or-treating at Vancouver Mall will take place for the annual ‘Bootacular’ from 5 to 7 p.m. on Oct. 31.
Kids, ages 12 and younger, are invited to play and make arts and crafts at the lower level of Vancouver Mall, and trick-or-treat at stores.
Vancouver Mall, 8700 N.E. Vancouver Mall Drive, houses 140 stores and restaurants. Not every business is participating.
The mall is owned by Centennial Real Estate, based in Dallas.
