Vancouver developer Killian Pacific has struck a deal with NAI Elliott, based in Portland, to hand over the management of 26 of its commercial properties.
Killian Pacific’s property includes office, retail and industrial space, amounting to more than 200 tenants in Oregon and Washington and approximately 1 million square feet.
Notable examples, according to the Wednesday announcement, include Vancouver’s Grand Central Shopping Center on Columbia House Boulevard as well as the Clay Creative Building in Portland.
NAI Elliott will not take over any of Killian Pacific’s residential properties, which are already under separate management companies.
