Boys basketball: Fort Vancouver 64, Heritage 56

Dean Cadena scored 11 of his game-high 17 points in the second quarter as the Trappers picked up the non-league win at Heritage.

Fort Vancouver (2-4) outscored Heritage 27-12 in the second quarter and held on during a very even second half.

Cadena made five 3-pointers in the game. Tre Cannon added 16 points, and Keyontae Cage and Kahlil Singleton each scored 11.

Heritage (4-3) was led by Capone Johnson’s 16 points and Marcos Diaz had 13.
