Boys basketball: Washougal 67, Woodland 35

WASHOUGAL 67, WOODLAND 35 — Yanni Fassilis scored 21 points to lead the Panthers in the 2A Greater St. Helens League road victory.

Jakob Davis added 13 points as the Panthers (7-3, 3-0) controlled the paint.

“We came out flat and not ready to go,” Woodland coach Jesse Buck said. “But take no credit away from them, they’re good.”

Isaiah Flanagan paced Woodland (6-4, 1-1) with 17 points.
