Letter: Herrera Beutler has wrong priorities

The big headline is that Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler objects to tolls — very brave. I’m sure most of us in Southwest Washington object to tolls. And it is not a congressional issue. One needs to go all the way to Page C7 in the same paper to see that she voted against the John Lewis Voting Rights Act. As voting is so important, and is being restricted in so many states, everyone who believes in fair elections should be for it. Enough said.
