Jamison Duke of King’s Way Christian is The Columbian 2022 Week 2 high school football player of the week.
Duke outdistanced Kameron Spencer of Battle Ground to win the honor.
Duke had 243 all-purpose yards, scored four touchdowns — three receptions and an interception return — and returned a punt 71 yards in a win at Ilwaco.
Winners of the player-of-the-week may not be nominated again during the regular season, and no player may be nominated in consecutive weeks.

ALEX FORD, PRAIRIE: Ford rushed for 102 yards and three touchdowns on just 11 carries in a win over Prairie.
STEPHEN IBSEN, CASTLE ROCK: Ibsen rushed for 110 yards and a touchdown and passed for 129 yards and two touchdowns in a win over Kalama.
JAKE KENNEDY, SKYVIEW: Kennedy passed for 203 yards and three touchdowns and rushed for 57 yards and another TD in the Storm’s win over Columbia River.
KAMERON SPENCER, BATTLE GROUND: Spencer passed for 203 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for 40 yards in the Tigers’ win over Centralia.
