Once again, there are too many buyers and not enough sellers in Clark County.

Last month, Regional Multiple Listing Service showed that residential listings continue to head in a downward slope. New listings (767) decreased by more than 21 percent from the 978 listings available in July last year.

Comparing July 2022 and 2023 numbers, the average sale price for a home has decreased one percent — from $585,300 to $579,400.

Homes stayed on the market for 37 days, an increase from last month’s 33 days.
