Annual parking passes for Clark County regional parks are now available. The annual passes are $30 and are valid from the date of purchase through the end of 2024.

Daily parking fees are charged year-round at Frenchman’s Bar, Lewisville, Salmon Creek and Vancouver Lake parks, and range from $2 to $8 depending on vehicle type. Parking fees can be paid at the fee booth when staff are present via the Flowbird mobile app, at self-pay stations or by displaying a valid annual parking pass.

Washington State Parks Disabled Veteran Lifetime Pass holders are exempt from the daily parking fee when they present their pass to fee collection staff and display the pass on their vehicle’s dash.

County regional parks parking passes are only valid for parking at the four county regional parks. Passes issued by other agencies, such as the Washington State Discover Pass and the city of Vancouver’s Marine Park parking pass, are not valid.

The county parking pass can be purchased at park fee booths when fee collection staff are present, online at clark.wa.gov/public-works/parking-fees or by calling 564-397-2285 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

Passes purchased online or via phone will be sent via mail. Passes can be purchased at any time throughout the year.

Parking fees help provide funding to support parks maintenance and impacts of use such as garbage and waste management, cleaning restrooms and facilities upkeep.
