Boys basketball: Brady Angelo scores 30 as Seton Catholic boys beat Stevenson 74-60

Cougars finish the Trico League a perfect 10-0

Brady Angelo hit six 3-pointers and scored 30 points to help the Seton Catholic boys basketball team complete an undefeated Trico League season with a 74-60 win over Stevenson at home on Saturday.

The Cougars (14-5, 10-0 Trico) took control of the game in the second quarter, extending out to 36-23 lead. 

Rico George added 16 points for Seton and Kaiden Wilson added 15.

Kacen Bach and Garrett Funk had 13 points for Stevenson (12-6, 6-4), which dropped their last three league games to fall into third place in the Trico League.

RIDGEFIELD 63, WASHOUGAL 50 — Colton Warren hit five 3-pointers and scored 24 points as the Spudders ended 2A Greater St. Helens League play with a win.

Ridgefield, which will be the No. 3 seed to the district tournament, took control with an 11-3 edge in the second quarter. 

Gabe Lowery and Holden Bea scored 11 each for Washougal, which was eliminated from postseason contention.
