A man was killed Sunday night when he was struck by a vehicle in east Vancouver and then run over by a second vehicle that fled the scene, according to the Vancouver Police Department.
About 6:50 p.m., a 67-year-old man was crossing Fourth Plain Boulevard near the intersection with 137th Street. He was not in a crosswalk, police said.
