Trader Joe’s has finally, officially confirmed that a new grocery store will be opening in Salmon Creek — at some point.
“Coming Soon!” is what the Trader Joe’s website says about the store, which has long been rumored — with the company filing for a liquor license in November — at a new shopping center called Skyview Station, 14019 N.E. 10th Ave.
Still, no opening date or timeline has been set, and no other store details were available Wednesday from a Trader Joe’s spokesperson.
There’s only one other Trader Joe’s location in Clark County, 305 S.E. Chkalov Drive, in east Vancouver. There are half a dozen stores in the Portland area.
Confirmed or already open tenants at Skyview Station include Chipotle Mexican Grill, MOD Pizza, Nailology, Chase Bank, iQ Credit Union and Neighborhood Pet Boutique.
