Ajose unanimously outpoints Chebah

SANTA YNEZ, Calif. (AP) — Undefeated Olusegun Ajose unanimously outpointed Ali Chebah on Friday night in the ShoBox main event to earn a shot at WBC super lightweight champion Erik Morales.

Ajose, from Nigeria, improved to 30-0, receiving winning scores of 120-106, 119-107 and 119-107 from the judges. Chebah, from France, dropped to 33-2.

Also, lightweight Darley Perez stopped Oscar Meza at the end of the sixth round. Perez, from Colombia, improved to 23-0 with his 18th knockout. Meza, from Mexico, is 22-4.
