Prairie Glen Estates, a planned gated community in Hockinson, will be the site for the 2015 NW Natural Parade of Homes, the Building Industry Association of Clark County said Monday. The show, July 10-26, will feature up to seven homes on lots of at least 1 acre.
This show site is midway between Northeast 152nd and 167th avenues and will have access on the new street of Northeast 178th Court. Any builder interested in participating should contact the association’s events coordinator Danielle Kilian at 360-694-0933. A groundbreaking ceremony will be held in January.
