Canon Racanelli of Hockinson was voted The Columbian’s high school football player of the week, sponsored by Athletes Corner, for the week ending Nov. 7.
Racanelli collected 61 percent of the 3,393 votes cast by fans to beat out Liam Fitzgerald of Camas, who had 19 percent.
Racanelli passed for 383 yards and six touchdowns in a win over Centralia.
The other nominees were Gunner Talkington of Battle Ground, Garrett McKee of Columbia River and Alex McGarry of Columbia River.
