Police activity on the Interstate 5 Bridge blocked, then slowed, passage for southbound freeway traffic out of Vancouver Wednesday night.
Vehicles were being diverted onto state Highway 14, according to the Washington Department of Transportation.
The incident began about 6 p.m. and appeared to involve someone on the bridge. Traffic was moving again, although slowly, by around 7 p.m.
