BREMERTON, Wash. (AP) — The Kitsap County sheriff’s office says the remains found in a ravine near Illahee State Park are believed to be a Bremerton woman who has been missing since May 13.

Deputy Scott Wilson says the medical examiner’s office will determine the identity, but clothing matches what Kara Lynn Radabah was wearing.

Wilson says no crime is suspected in her death. She had been diagnosed with a delusional mental illness.

The remains were found Sunday by members of German Shepherd Search Dogs of Washington from Pierce County.

Her family says Radabah did volunteer work with Special Olympics and disabled children.
