Cash for Clunkers wins Big A feature

NEW YORK (AP) — Cash for Clunkers, the 2-5 favorite, dominated the $69,000 allowance feature for fillies and mares at Aqueduct, beating Coco Ecolo by seven lengths on Thursday.

The 4-year-old trained by Rick Violette and ridden by Alan Garcia cruised to a third win in five starts. The time was 1:36.23 for the one mile.

Cash for Clunkers paid $2.80, $2.40 and $2.10. Coco Ecolo returned $4.20 and $2.90, while Stephanie Jayne paid $2.70 to show.
