East County Fire & Rescue seeks resident advisers

East County Fire & Rescue is looking to appoint five residents who can represent the fire district and offer honest feedback about the services it provides. Anyone interested in participating should email Fire Chief Scott Koehler at SKoehler@ECFR.us with their name, address, phone number and email address, along with any interactions they’ve had with East County Fire & Rescue and the reason they want to get involved. The email has to be sent by noon April 1. Questions can be forwarded to Koehler by email or by calling him at 360-834-4908.

The resident representatives will be asked to attend three meetings at district fire stations in April:

• 1 to 5 p.m. April 12, Station 91, 600 N.E. 267th Ave.

• 7 to 9 p.m. April 24, Station 93, 121 N.E. 312th Ave.n 7 to 9 p.m. April 30, Station 91, 600 N.E. 267th Ave.
